Con el presente auto la Sala Especial de Seguimiento de la Sentencia T-025/04 solicita a los directores de la Unidad para las Víctimas, del Departamento Nacional de Planeación y del Departamento Nacional de Estadísticas que, de manera conjunta, presenten un documento en el cual reporten información sobre las mediciones relacionadas con el goce efectivo del derecho a la generación de ingresos.

- Primero. ORDENAR, por intermedio de la Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional, a los directores de la Unidad para las Víctimas, el Departamento Nacional de Planeación y el Departamento Nacional de Estadísticas que, de manera conjunta, presenten un documento en el cual reporten la información requerida en el fundamento jurídico cuatro (4) de este auto.
- Conforme con lo manifestado por el Gobierno Nacional, este documento deberá ser presentado a más tardar el dos (2) de septiembre de 2022, junto con el balance gubernamental sobre el derecho a la generación de ingresos. Para estos efectos, el informe podrá ser allegado a través del correo electrónico de la Secretaría General (secretaria1@corteconstitucional.gov.co).
